Shipping policy

We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, and send you a confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.

We ship within the continental United States. We use major carriers USPS, UPS and DHL. We also use Amazon Logistic Service. 

Please supply correct and complete street address and don't forget to include your suite # or apt # if applicable. If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, please contact us so we can investigate and either issue a full refund or replacement.
