- We ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment, and send you a confirmation email with tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. We do not ship on the weekends or U.S. holidays.
- We ship within the continental United States. We use major carriers USPS, UPS and DHL. We also use Amazon Logistic Service.
- Please supply correct and complete street address and don't forget to include your suite # or apt # if applicable. If your order is returned due to a wrong or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.
- In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, please contact us so we can investigate and either issue a full refund or replacement.
